Ascend! Program Options

Ascend! is an advanced level program intended for enrollees who have completed Transform! and Align! and who are committed to building a strong spiritual practice into the mainframe of their life.

This program is much more Sattvic in its approach, an Ayurvedic and yogic term for “purity” and “virtue.” It incorporates an Ayurvedic Panchakarma Cleanse for maintaining a balanced system alongside of advanced channeled spiritual readings, journeying, and practices.

Due to the advanced nature of Ascend! it is only offered as a 1-on-1 customized intensive, or via an occasional live, 8-week online group program with Trish via Zoom. This is to make sure that everyone receives adequate mental and emotional support in unlearning lower dimensional programming and opening up to receive higher dimensional upgrades.

Enrollees should plan on weekly practices and exercises between sessions for self-study. It is highly recommended that participants already have an established spiritual practice when entering this program.

PLEASE NOTE: Ascend! is required for those interested in becoming a Certified Spiritual Somatics Coach. Both the customized and group programs qualify for the coaching track.
