A Holistic Approach to the Fundamentals of DEI: A 3-Part Series
This online workshop series covers the fundamentals of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), moving beyond the definitions of key terms to discuss the why’s and how’s of this work. This series discusses how DEI offers us a pathway to enter into more authentic relationship with ourselves and others, tangible guidance for holding inclusive space, and how to build reciprocal social relations founded on mutual respect and humility.
This program is ideal for anyone new to DEI and social justice efforts as well as for anyone wanting to brush up on and expand their language and literacy in building more equitable social relationships.
This series includes 2+ hours of video instruction, plus a supplemental study guide that includes key vocabulary, self-study prompts, and further resources.
